Customer Success Rep (3+ Years' Experience Required)

A Customer Success Representative will have excellent customer service skills, a comprehensive understanding of available technology and software and a thorough understanding of existing policies, procedures, and products. They will have a LOVE of providing exceptional customer service; have outstanding phone skills and experience in technical support. Patience, empathy, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are essential for anyone working on this team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to InJoy’s company core values as stated in the employee handbook
  • Maintain a customer centric approach in all interactions
  • Attend to customer requests and resolve product support issues using a customer centric approach
  • Answer phone calls and enter orders received from InJoy customers via website, email, fax and phone queue
  • Fulfillment and shipping of daily orders
  • Work in coordination with, and support of, other departments: Accounting, Administration, Fulfillment, and Sales
  • Gather and share feedback from customers to improve our products, refine our customer care processes, and support direct and indirect sales efforts
  • Assist with month end reporting for operations and accounting
  • Licensing management for digital product lines
  • Collections assistance for digital product lines and license renewals
  • Monitor incoming emails and provide live chat support
  • Backup for fulfillment and shipping of orders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • High computer competency and intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to learn software and other technology quickly
  • Ability to remain patient and calm with a customer centric approach towards resolving technical and customer issues
  • Analytical and creative problem solving skills; ability to understand work flow processes for continuous improvement
  • Ability to multi-task and handle constant interruptions
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Ability to quickly learn products, policies, and procedure information
  • Excellent oral and strong written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A team player who can work well with multiple departments and personality types
