During this webinar, relationship coach and parent advocate, Rhona Berens, PhD, CPCC, will share the latest research and offer tips to professionals who work with these growing families

This informative 60-minute webinar will:

  • Provide an overview of existing research on the impact of a second child on older siblings, on parents’ relationships with their firstborn children, and on parents’ relationships with each other
  • Present a tips and tools that parents can use with their firstborn children and with each other to prepare for their baby and to minimize negative responses as much as possible
  • Provide tips to help parents meet their child’s critical emotional needs: to feel respected, important, accepted, included, and secure (based on Dr. Gerald Newmark’s bestselling book, “How to Raise Emotionally Healthy Children”)

Rhona Berens, PhD, CPCC, is a relationship coach and seasoned instructor who helps parents and expecting couples stay sane and stay together. She also offers the professionals who work with families practical information and tools to serve children and their parents, combined with techniques to ensure that professionals support themselves while supporting others. Rhona holds a PhD from UCLA in media and communications. She is also a graduate of The Center for Right Relationship and The Coaches Training Institute, where she received certification and accreditation by the International Coach Federation.
