Such an interesting article, thanks for sharing.  I found it surprising that water aerobics decreased vaginal tears, but did not decrease incidence of episiotomy.  As educators I think it is so important to teach early on in pregnancy the benefits of staying active and safe options for exercise.  What kind of exercise programs are offered locally to you?
