How are you taking care of yourself?

We hope you are all finding ways to survive and even thrive during COVID-19.  Self-care is really important.

I have heard some nurses talking about how to manage their "maskne", the acne that is accompanying using a mask to stay safe.  I work in the safety of my home most of the time but I have also experienced that.  Do you have any tricks to share?  What hand cream are you using to counteract the frequent hand washing and hand sanitizer use?

What are you using to get your mind off of the pandemic for part of each day?  Do you read, walk, run, bake, snuggle your loved ones, watch funny movies, meditate, etc.?

Have you changed your eating habits?  More home cooking?  Take out instead of eat in at your favorite restaurants? I actually went to buy yeast and the store had none.  What?  I guess there has been a 600% increase in demand and the manufacturing and packaging is finding it difficult to keep up.
